Prosper Oaks is a planned 374-acre community by Toll Brothers, located off Parvin Road. The development will include 775 single-family homes across two tracts: 275 traditional single-family homes on the east side and 500 age-restricted homes for residents 55 years and older on the west side.
At an Oct. 14 meeting, Prosper Town Council approved a zoning change rezoning the property from agricultural to a planned development with single-family designations. The age-restricted western section helps address the need for senior living communities identified in Prosper's comprehensive plan.
The age-restricted homes on the west side are expected to range from $765,000 to $1.2 million, with a weighted average of approximately $822,000. Development is anticipated to begin in 2026.
